      Pay is subpar considering the hard work that's involved and upper management find any way to pay their employees less. They are demanding, micromanage and overwork their employees with useless reports/tasks that don't help generate revenue.

      Great opportunity to learn the industry and see how the semiconductor works and functions across the entire industry and competition

      Inconvénients

      Long term relationships within the company and takes a long time to grow in the company. Accounts takes longer than usual to grow with challenges that comes out of nowhere.
