Everthing is challenges here.This is the worst company to work for. They will hire you by saying "HIRE NOT TO FIRE" .But they will fire you after 5 -6 months. Once they will fire you they wont give you notice period also. But if you want to resign, they they will make your life hell.Firstly they will try to conveyance you offering you different position in some other department with less salary. But once to decide to go or leave they they will start torturing you every time. They will ask the bond- amount ,2 months salary, also your LTA. See the culture guys they can fire but you cant leave. Once you leave the company your job is not over, you have to keep follow up for your PF For 6-10 months. Many People have not yet got their pf amount though they left before a year. Plz guys dnt join this company.
