Hello, We thank you for your valuable feedback and for the time spent in our company. Being a Market Analyst is one of the most demanding, yet rewarding professions as there is a lot at stake. Hence, good risk and stress-management and the ability to deal with pressure are valued qualities in financial markets. To assist our teams, we put a lot of focus and resources training our people about stress management, how to make it constructive, and how to shine in a fast-paced environment. We also organize healthy activities such as all types of sports events and yoga sessions. As we are dealing with international markets that are active 24 hours a day for most of the week, our offices remain open almost round-the-clock and our shift system is planned according to different time zones. There are five shifts during the week, which are planned based on the markets the analysts are involved with, and our teams are off on the weekend. While some have difficulties to deal with the night shifts, others find it as an opportunity to be off work during the day. We are aware that it may be sometimes challenging to find the right work-life balance in our profession. To deal with it, we make sure that weekends are completely free, and with experience, timing becomes more flexible as well. It is important to us that our people have sufficient time to unwind, rest and regain their energy. Creating and maintaining a balance is an essential skill that helps our team, and we promote it as much as we can.
