      Avantages

      The service we provide is by far the best in the area. This helps in making the environment much more relaxed and enjoyable. I have been here now for 16months and love the people I work with. Management is always inspiring us with very fun incentives and bonuses. Im excited to grow with the company and move up. I have had two job title advances in the 16 months I have been here and each one has helped me grow tremendously. I loved learning the MTCNA and that the company paid to help me get that is a tremendous help for my resume.

      I really have no cons.

      Avantages

      Fybercom is a great place to work. The compensation is fair, the people are fun to be around and work with, and there is a clear vision they are working to accomplish. As a young company, you get to be involved in the progress and growth which is exciting to be apart of! It is a very fast paced environment with challenges to solve every day, which some people might not like, but I find it rewarding and it makes the days fly by! I would definitely recommend Fybercom as a company to work for.

      No PTO, excessive workload, don't hire enough staff for duties
