      Great health insurance and work/life balance. Some accounts have fun and dynamic work. Female CEO (no longer Luke Lambert). Great place to start out of college.

      Inconvénients

      Company culture, constant turnover, low pay compared to industry standards. Not a ton of opportunities for advancement. DEI initiatives feel forced. Terrible internal processes and software.
