      Avantages

      We didn't layoff during Covid unlike other companies. We have reinvested in the company which has positioned us well for growth. Also, company has absorbed the increasing cost of benefits which has been great for the employees

      Inconvénients

      Things have been crazy with Covid and us being bought by State Farm. While I think the company has done a good job handling the situation I know people are stressed with both happening at the same time.

      Metrics are ridiculous. A conversation is a conversation but you have to speak on certain topics.

      Avantages

      Overall great company to work for especially for brand new adjusters. Training program is pretty good and they are improving every time. Gainsco is growing a ton, best thing is they love to promote within. As long as you hit your metrics and keep a clean diary they give you a chance.

      Inconvénients

      Starting Pay is quite low compared to other carriers
