      Schedule changes continuously. There is no work/life balance. The commission program is poorly structured.

      Avantages

      Overall great company to work for especially for brand new adjusters. Training program is pretty good and they are improving every time. Gainsco is growing a ton, best thing is they love to promote within. As long as you hit your metrics and keep a clean diary they give you a chance.

      Inconvénients

      Starting Pay is quite low compared to other carriers
