      Easy work Consistent paycheck If you like easy work then its great

      Inconvénients

      Lack of growth opportunities outside of the claims department No training No orientation The work is really easy and boring Management just makes random decisions all the time and never tells us till we are forced to use it. Lack of communication Hr is not help on anything.

      Metrics are ridiculous. A conversation is a conversation but you have to speak on certain topics.

      Avantages

      Overall great company to work for especially for brand new adjusters. Training program is pretty good and they are improving every time. Gainsco is growing a ton, best thing is they love to promote within. As long as you hit your metrics and keep a clean diary they give you a chance.

      Inconvénients

      Starting Pay is quite low compared to other carriers
