      Avantages

      Not many. If you need a short term job, this is the right place. By no means should you expect long term growth.

      Inconvénients

      Shady business practices. Seriously, everything they do is shady. Owners are in it for themselves. Employee treatment is poor. Owners expect you to be available to answer emails or texts 24/7, despite being an hourly employee.

      Not a "con" but having a conistent work flow is a must to stay on top of the day to day.

      None. Literally zero. Unless you like being taken advantage of. If I could give zero stars, I would.

      The entire company. If I could give zero stars, I would. You get baited and hooked as a property owner. They nickel & dime you for everything. They make sure to make sure all work orders are under $500 because once it hits $500 they need your approval. They are literally the worst company I have ever dealt with & I am a Realtor. They are great salespeople, thats what they do, sales! They will make you feel so wonderful and welcome but the truth is, all they care about is making money for themselves. They have cost me so much money in just 2.5 months of them "managing" my property. I cannot wait to get my property back from them, they are truly the worst!
