When it comes to healthcare agencies, GCI Health is a true gem. The agency is made up of some of the smartest, most collaborative people in the business who value the delivery of excellent work for our clients, whom range from the biggest pharma companies in the world to niche biotechs. GCIH literally has something for everyone when it comes to the breadth of our clients. Senior leadership listens to colleagues from every level and walks the walk/talks the talk. They want everyone to take their allotted PTO; have rebranded “sick days” to “wellness days” to encourage all colleagues to prioritize their physical AND mental health; are passionate about our agency ways of working (gotta love no calls after 2pm on Fridays or no emailing after business hours!); have carved out dedicated agency-wide mental health days; and even closed our office on March 11 this year to celebrate Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day so all colleagues could recognize the importance of women’s health and focus on our personal health goals. Additionally, hard work never goes unrecognized – whether it’s through comp days, dinner gift certificates, etc. Made the jump to GCIH years ago and look forward to being part of this family for many years to come.
Inconvénients
As with any agency in our industry, there are instances where late nights and weekend work are necessary but teams at GCIH really do limit this to ahead of big program launches or medical meetings so it’s the exception to the rule and not the norm.
