      - flexibility - smart people - variety of clients/work

      Inconvénients

      - workaholic culture - poorly staffed at mid-level - micro-management that can breed incompetence (meaning people are so used to being micro-managed they don’t learn how to do things that are level-appropriate. This comes from the very top down. Micro-management IS the culture.)
