      Good work from home flexibility and team and annual leave benefits (birthday day off, office closed during Christmas break and complimentary days). Interesting work with important pharma clients.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough transparency within senior team. Low salary for hours worked (this is an issue across the industry). High turnover in team.
