      Avantages

      Training was fairly good, run by Charlotte. Very engaging although quite scary when it came to the phone tests

      Inconvénients

      poor management structure, very long hours. Try to motivate you by fear rather than with an incentive

      Avantages

      Smaller scale team but allows for fast track growth, whether within the role or in a different department. Team is diverse and tight nit(supportive). Not as much work drama as some previous roles have had. Hybrid schedule and nice office space

      Inconvénients

      Although like the office location, traffic can be intense

      The position opened up with their contract.

      Inconvénients

      GCS is just another horrible staffing agency that does not provide any support other than staffing administration.
