      Avantages

      There is minimal amount of stress most of the time and things are easy to pick up. Freedom to do things your own way due to lack of structure.

      Inconvénients

      Very very stagnant career progression, a fixed of <5% annual pay increment with close to 0 chance of promotion within 5 years. Definitely a stepping stone for individuals who are looking for a fast track career path.

      Great benefits, co-workers are good to work with

      Dysfunctional management, lack of concern for procedures, management is not communicative, feel like a number outside of the co workers
