Avantages
I enjoy the challenges of constructing safe and STABLE pallets for the shipping doors and do my best to make their job less wasted time because most people don't care about how they pile haphazardly the products and they are always falling in the aisles
Inconvénients
They have mediocre and bad team leaders that don't manage the employee's properly and make the best persons loose patience with how they are managed and they transfer department or quit , working with slobs leaving you to clean up after them affects your work and becomes an irritant....
