Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The hourly pay rate was very fair, the warehouse was very plesant and clean. The company tries to make you feel like family. If they would focus on being fair it would be a better place to work.
Inconvénients
The company went thru 3 GM's in 8 mos. 5 supervisors between two shifts within 10 mos. The 8 point policy is very unfair if you are late to work or from lunch 1min you could receive 1/2 a point. Of course its at the supervisors descresion and if you are not a former staples employee or a supervisor favorite you can expect to receive a point. I say if you are not a former staples employee because most of management came from staples.
