Avantages
Hopefully FedEx can change this greedy company of talentless, small minded, low mentality management pack of losers. There are no pros to this company, and go to ANY other company but this one.
Inconvénients
GENCO has always had a negative reputation in the industry for unfair management practices, low pay, and poor employee morale issues, good old boys mentality and family run greed. This is a Pittsburgh based company which automatically lends itself to not being as good of an employer as companies based in better cities with higher compensation packages. People with no education or expert background last long at the company if they are favorites, while those with top talent expertise and high level degrees are feared by the other less talented employees. This is a terrible company, and should be avoided unless the company completely changes in the near future.
