      Avantages

      Love the clients I work with and the experts I connect them with. Served sophisticated institutional investors on diverse projects. Loved the access to senior experts from across the geographies and industries. Relatively young team from many different nationalities. Lots of freedom to shape your role, of course, if you meet your objectives. Compliance is a real thing here and you need to drive your own professional development. When you do, it's worth it. Love the team I work with.

      Inconvénients

      At times, the company feels too American and cooperation across the regions is less than smooth.

      Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

      Horrible work life balance. Zero company culture. Few career growth opportunities. This role is soon to be fully replaced by AI.
