- ZERO transparency i.e. monthly town halls for show and not telling
- lack of promised cross training
- culture committee not able to improve culture i.e. HR red tape
- lack of job security and leadership changes in short time frame i.e. firings in winter 2018, lay-off in spring 2019, company sold summer 2019
- small office high-school dynamic i.e. popularity contest v. actual work ethic will get one far
