      Plan de retraite à long terme, 4 semaines de vacances, pas de travail sous pression

      Inconvénients

      Faible salaire, aucune possibilité d'avancement de carrière. Fondamentalement, les gens gagnent en position par l'expérience plutôt que par leurs compétences.

      Primary product is a legacy beast that takes years to fully understand 12 month probationary period (union-imposed) Group insurance is somewhat lacking Far too dependent on Ministry of Education budget
