      There are bagels on Monday.

      Inconvénients

      No process. No HR. No company benefits. No onboarding. Not welcoming. crazy hours. They pride themselves on thinking differently and being fun but it's just an amateur monkey house. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

      Avantages

      Many of the people doing the actual work are talented, kind, and hard-working.

      Inconvénients

      GSW merged with another company about 2 years ago, and in the past year have become publicly traded on the US stock exchange. This move killed any sense of independence and everything -- EVERYTHING -- is now driven by stock holders. The company slogan is "Speak People" but they absolutely do not live this value. Employees are cogs in a corporate machine, and the attitude in the office is one of despair. I would never, ever, encourage anyone to apply for a job here.
