Inconvénients
Managers are rude and disrespectful to employees, I personally quit after being threatened by a manager who I will not be naming. It was beyond the most stressful job I've ever had. Managers absolutely do not care about their employees. Every single server there has a different story of a time they were disrespected by these perverted, unprofessional, egotistical, trash of managers. You hardly ever make good money either because they will schedule 12 servers on a dead Thursday and won't send anyone home even when the restaurant is empty. I can go on and on to discuss the cons but their are just so many. I was so stressed out coming out of work everynight because of the treatment I was recieving. I would come home crying almost every night and I wasn't the only one. I had been working there since opening so I saw a lot of people come and go, mostly because of the bad treatment. It sickens me to my stomach that their even still OPEN after all the conplaints DAILY.
