We take these themes seriously. We’re focused on clear communication of our new 3 year strategy, strengthening leadership visibility and expectations, refreshing our governance and decision making structures, and improving the consistency of the personal development experience, including clearer career pathways, more structured feedback and better alignment of objectives.
