Avantages
Location especially with parking access 24/7. PTO policy favors the elder age but a lot of days given if you can take them. Benefits as well compliment a family nicely. Benefits also appear to come in handy if you have a surgery to have done.
Inconvénients
Extreme high turnover, due partly to a struggling company but mainly little to no care of quality employee's. Management has favorites more than the general sense for a corporate setting. Very little opportunity to advance for career growth, opportunities are given to explore other departments but not necessarily needing to be qualified causing frustration. HR cares little to none of any frustrations presented partly because that turnover as well is extremely high making it difficult to manage existing employees care and well being. HR main job is to hire and handle that process not care for employees in house. Experienced 3 CEO's and numerous upper management changes in little amount of time working there. Lower level positions will be severely overworked in relation to the pay, especially starting out.
