      Avantages

      Geiger treats their employees with nothing but respect - they focus on work/life balance, health and wellness and have even recently gone through a major home office renovation to improve the comfort of their employees.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits package could be better. Maximum PTO can only be earned after having been with the company for 20 years.

      Avantages

      Its based on a 40 hour week - overtime is paid as overtime

      Inconvénients

      I preferred being on salary so when I am working on something I don't need to stop when its the end of the day or I've hit my 40 hours. I can finish and be done with it.

      Avantages

      I worked for the Farmers' Almanac, owned by Geiger, for four years and had a fantastic experience. This family-owned company treats their employees with respect and appreciation. I would highly recommend working with Geiger.

      Inconvénients

      I can't think of any cons.
