      Avantages

      Nice coworkers. Opportunities to be creative with clients. Work is remote.

      Inconvénients

      Management is either micromanaging or nonexistent. Managers have no idea how to run a business. Below average pay. Health insurance plan options are terrible.

      Avantages

      - Really supportive and collaborative team — everyone’s willing to help each other out - Fun to work on creative projects and partner with amazing clients - Lots of chances to learn and grow - Management is approachable, supportive, and always open to feedback

      Inconvénients

      Things can get busy during peak seasons but I’d say it’s pretty normal compared to any of my past roles
