      - learn from talented engineers - free lunch

      Inconvénients

      - you can kiss work/life balance goodbye - upper mgmt does not know how to manage money - failed investments caused a ton of layoffs - 40 billable hours min. per week creates a toxic "stay late" culture - always short handed - bonuses and raises have been "on hold" for more than a year - everyone is underpaid except upper management

      Avantages

      The people that I worked with were great. The company has a lot of potential if they focus on what makes money.

      Inconvénients

      No equity amongst staff, treat the people that come to work everyday better. No systems in place to get things done.
