      Base salary was light, too much weight placed on bonus (total comp was ok). Weather dependent category (although this is changing with new products added through M&A)

      Rapidly growing. Lots of opportunities to grow.

      Inconvénients

      Very corporate. Increasingly micromanaged. Not scaling the engineering along with its production. High workloads and a lot of stress.
