      Being forced to work on weekends or public holidays Being forced to teach specific number of hours even thoughstudents are assigned by supervisors not teachers themselves, (which means teachers have cery little control of how many hours they can teach).

      - Friendly coworkers - Good pay - I get to pick when to have my two days off

      - I cannot take my 2 days off on Saturdays & Sundays

      Location being close to kowloon tong mtr station

      Inconvénients

      - Ridiculous boss. draconian, tyranny, stupid, naive - The boss claims he is a MIT graduate while he only completed MITx course with someone else taking the exam for him - The boss could not even speak properly in English - Only him say, no one else say - Toxic company culture, seniors like to pick on juniors and new joiners - Living under fear each day - Relentless demand on teachers, like arranging a SEN student to you while you are not trained to handle the student - Students unable to learn in English and you are required to teach in English with good lesson outcomes - No pay rise, unlimited OT
