      - Unprofessional environment - Baaaaaad safety standards - Hostile and toxic working enviroment (R&D) - Owner does not know what he's doing - Terrible benefits, horrible working standards - R&D side of company is sketchy

      Very unorganized, No real structure for development, Entire software team got laid off after 2 years.
