      - Unprofessional environment - Baaaaaad safety standards - Hostile and toxic working enviroment (R&D) - Owner does not know what he's doing - Terrible benefits, horrible working standards - R&D side of company is sketchy

      Enjoyable work, friendly CEO, good work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Recent CTO change; seems like the prior CTO didn't do a good job. Lower than market compensation. Career opportunities will depend on future company success and growth.
