Great technology and amazing people to learn technical stuff. Great learning curve especially for newly grads who join this company
Inconvénients
Expect underpaid, overwork, and no clear career progression. For experienced people, avoid joining this company (there are better companies out there). After new management from CSI, the situation is getting worse; they run the business with the mindset of getting bigger revenue with lowest cost (meaning less salary for employees :) ). The only way to get a good/significant raise is if you have an offer letter from other company :). The technical employee in this company is just waiting to get better job offer outside. I have seen my colleagues do that and they never regret their decision to move out from the company.
