Experience is the only thing you will get from here. Abundant time off. ( Which won't be approved due to low staff)
Inconvénients
Low Pay. Every position is underpaid and Gov't doesn't seem to be in a hurry to fix it. Turnover rate is increasing. People quit faster than they can hire replacements. You're expected to pick up slack that is caused by management with no compensation. Average Benefits compared to other jobs. Building is on the fritz. Constant power outages, hoods frequently go down, currently no hot water (over a month now)
