Avantages
The "little people" are some of the most hard working, industrious people anywhere. It is a great "team environment" within the lower ranks. Cafeteria is on site, which is one of the few benefits available. It is a business casual office so you don't need to buy expensive corporate clothing.
Inconvénients
There is no communication from Senior Management at all. Everyone seems to be in a constant state of confusion. A lot of times oyu don't even see the headlights before you get thrown under a bus. A lot of finger pointing and favoritism is showed, and absolutely no loyalty to some of the hardworking folks that have been there over 2 decades. They are just shoved out the door first during tough times so less expensive workers can be brought in or outsourced. The business strategies are over 30 years old. Things went downhill after the death of Mr. Gerber
