      Recognised company, industry focused, global reach

      Inconvénients

      Investor led initiatives beg the question of real intent, very US management style, no autonomy or decision making in Europe, fire fighting on daily basis rather than a strategic approach to customer concerns, very short sighted, people tugging along for a salary rather than a career direction.

      Avantages

      Good stepping stone if you really need a job. People there seem to be genuine and form long-term professional relationships.

      Inconvénients

      HR is a bit antiquated. Not sure if they still practice the "You get 10 PTO days, 4 of which we will dictate that you must use at the end of December" rule. So, in reality, you get 6 PTO days, but they want you to think you have 10. Seems very deceptive.
