      Big company. 40 hour week. Stock will be positive ( lay-off employees to meet profits)

      Inconvénients

      Not a place for people who like a startup environment. Coworkers will steal your idea and apply for a patent in their name. Purchase small companies for new ideas. Stagnant.

      Avantages

      Good stepping stone if you really need a job. People there seem to be genuine and form long-term professional relationships.

      Inconvénients

      HR is a bit antiquated. Not sure if they still practice the "You get 10 PTO days, 4 of which we will dictate that you must use at the end of December" rule. So, in reality, you get 6 PTO days, but they want you to think you have 10. Seems very deceptive.
