      Avantages

      Leuke collega's die al met al voor een gezellige sfeer zorgen.

      Inconvénients

      Ondanks de leuke collega's slechtste bedrijf waar ik ooit heb gewerkt. Narcistische eigenaar (en CTO) met een hoop poeha en bluf terwijl het in werkelijkheid weinig voorstelt en voor 90% draaiende wordt gehouden door stagairs. Daarnaast slechte arbeidsvoorwaarden: geen pensioenregeling, smerige koffie en uren compenseren is not done. Tussendoor een keer gaan sporten en vervolgens netjes ingehaald. Geheid bonje. Zware afrader dit bedrijf.

      Avantages

      Great international team, fun to work with and very supportive. Fast-growing company with strong potential, a lot of opportunities to learn. For sales roles: travel, exposure to clients, and clear career growth path. You can take initiative and actually see your impact. Not a place where ideas get lost in hierarchy.

      Inconvénients

      Like any startup, not everything is perfectly organized yet. Some processes are still being built while the company grows. You need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. If you prefer to be guided step by step, with lots of structure, this may not be the right fit.
