Avantages
- OFFICE IS TOP OF THE LINE. - Great people - The culture you see is really what you get. It's the real deal - FANTASTIC training. Trainers are usually very structured and really want to see employees succeed - Free food almost every other day, if not every day.. there's also a cafe that you can buy snacks/sandwiches - Casual dress. People literally come to work in jeans, shorts, tshirts. Very comfortable - The performance based comp. can earn you a lot of money - Lots of chances to move within departments
Inconvénients
- Parking can kind of suck - Hours can suck (CEC is open from 7 am to 10pm) - Pay is base during training and then gets reduced (BUT you can make a lot of money with comission) - Location (at least for me) isn't as great since I have to take the beltway $$$$ Otherwise, I really have no other complaints.
