      Avantages

      I met some really great sales reps and the culture had its moments. Nice perks, good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Obnoxiously metrics driven. Poor leadership. Not a whole lot of room for growth. Lacking communication between departments, which makes your job as a sales rep really difficult. A lot of customer satisfaction issues, many of which are out of the rep's control. Also, the company is not doing well financially and it's obvious. Lots of pressure to perform with that in mind.

      A lot of resources fell to the wayside once Skillsoft acquired them.

      good work life balance and discretionary time off

      Inconvénients

      poor company moral and engagement. Everything is virtual, no in person events besides kick off meetings for the year
