      Avantages

      Varied work People Opportunity for lots of money with extra hours that are unlimited (no cap)

      Inconvénients

      Low diversity Staff/Contractors treated very differently with different rates doing the same roles. No investment in existing staff Poor facilities for staff (pot holes in roads and toilets) Profit is loss through wasted labour and reworks

      Avantages

      Realistic expectations based on hard work. People dont hang around long who are not willing to put in the hours but if you dont mind overtime then being a machinist at GTR is a really nice job. Good team mentality where you dont feel stupid asking for help.

      Inconvénients

      Can be long busy periods then all of a sudden quite which can make weekend planning hard but thats just how the cookie crumbles when it comes to getting work in.
