It has been 7 years I have joined Global Vision Systems' engineering team, ever since my graduation. More engineers are needed as existing customers are growing rapidly, at the same time our product is getting more sophisticated yet highly demanded as most of the Financial Institutions are replacing their current products to our product.

When I joined GlobalVision Systems, I was a fresh graduate. It is beyond my original expectation that I have already worked for the company for over 20 years and I am now a director of a department. It is a challenge for some team members to handle multiple projects and facing pressure from multiple clients. However, if a team member uses the principle of parallel processing (like what a modern computer is doing), such challenge can be easily overcome. When a team member becomes more familiar with his/her job and environment, he/she will figure out how to balance work and life. For example, some team members have already figure out how to take a long vacation without affecting the work.
