I feel very lucky to form part of the Glove team over the past 9 years and have had plenty of opportunities to grow with the company. When I had my first baby and moved countries, they couldn't have been more patient and flexible with me. The team is like family, and I feel very proud to be part of it. We are all from different countries and walks of life but we share a passion for travel and customer service, and genuinely love our jobs. The owners are involved on a day to day basis and really add to the positive energy that the team has. They are kind and communicative, always pushing the human side of the workplace to make sure we have the best experience possible. Working hours are flexible, pay is competitive, and holidays are unlimited. There are amazing travel perks.
Inconvénients
Like any job, there are more stressful moments during the year but I always feel supported by my colleagues and employers.
