The results of the efforts were shown to the entire company in a very transparent manner and showed significant improvements year over year with no signs of slowing. Truly good inside and out. *Fast-paced work environment with work that matters which means work-life boundaries can get blurry if you aren't thoughtful about it. *Some departments have less-than-ideal work schedules which can include working on the weekends.
