      Avantages

      Good salary, some of the HR management people actually care about you and do an effort to help

      Inconvénients

      In Mexico City it's the usual mexican company. No benefits, bad upper-management, terrible communication, and on top of all they make you sign your resignation letter even when you're being fired

      Same as other IT services company, nothing better nothing worst.

      Inconvénients

      No growth, stuck in the same client several years, no salary raises.
