Avantages

- some account managers are sweet and caring but they never last.

Inconvénients

- poor tutor salary & poor no show fees, with company pocketing more than fair share. - hard to get into contact with parents, support staff & account managers thanks to the new bot system on whatsapp and gochat function. - pay reduces on the regular. - extremely good wifi needed from student & tutor to have decent lesson. - support staff no longer can support with problems & have no clue what you need help withb😂
