Avantages

Some coworkers are friendly and supportive. None other than that.

Inconvénients

New employees are thrown into the deep end with minimal training, which leads to mistakes and frustration. Expect to work long hours, including weekends, with little to no appreciation or compensation for the extra time. Flexibility is nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend working here unless you have no other options. The stress and lack of support make it difficult to stay motivated. No work life balance. It’s a shame because Goettl has the potential to be a great company, but poor leadership and outdated practices are holding it back. They seem to be driven by greed rather than doing things honestly and it shows in the work environment as well as the receiving end for consumers, based off the reviews by clients. Unfortunately Goettl is just yet another example of a corporation that puts profits over people.

Really enjoyed my time here! Challenging work, always something new to analyze. Supportive culture where growth is encouraged. Flexible work schedules for office employees.

Inconvénients

It’s home services, so major lack of time off and holidays…goes with the industry’s territory.

Avantages

Office is full of the hardest workers I've known, most technicians and installers are truly dedicated to their work.

Inconvénients

Management shows clear favoritism, resulting in every hard worker in every department to question why they should bother as they focus more and more on cleaning up after an ineffectual AI their friends were let go for. Toxic management rewards what they consider "high-earners" while only offering token advice like "you need to want to win more" to those they label as problematic, with no opportunities for improvement as only the "high-earners" get the best calls.
