      Avantages

      Great people, great conditions. The job is not easy but it's worth it. We work with the last technology.

      Inconvénients

      We work far from home and work long hours. But might as well do it while we are there.

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Inconvénients

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Avantages

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Inconvénients

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
