      very safe place to work with good benefits

      Inconvénients

      poor moral in workforce with changes being forced upon then that don't always make any sense. Very hard for young workers to advance.

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Inconvénients

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Avantages

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Inconvénients

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
