Though I cannot speak to your specific circumstance, the majority of instances requiring overtime hours have historically been caused by supply chain disruptions, or periods of rapid growth. Since the writing of your review we have re-configured how our operations teams work together, which has resulted in better service levels for customers, greater tolerance for supply chain disruptions, and a significant reduction in overtime. Going forward we remain committed to making more improvements that create a healthier, more balanced workplace.
