      Avantages

      It is a good place for a starting job when you do not have much experience, and it is a great non-profit organization with a strong cause.

      Inconvénients

      There is not much room for promotion and you are on your feet for most of the day. Some days can get exceptionally busy which can be hard to deal with.

      Avantages

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Inconvénients

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
